Returns & Claims Policy

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

Reporting an Issue

If you notice an issue with your order, please email info@ysty.io with details about the problem.

Returns & Shipping Facility

  • The return address is set by default to our shipping facility.
  • If you return an item, you must notify Ysty at info@ysty.io before shipping it back.
  • Once a return is received, you will receive an email notification.
  • Any returned items that cannot be identified will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Buyer’s remorse: We do not offer refunds for orders due to buyer’s remorse.
  • Size exchanges: Returns for size exchanges may be processed, but the shipping cost will be at your expense.

EU Consumer Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods that, once unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Ysty reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Governing Language

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided.
